Weekly Summer Reservations
International House offers summer weekly bookings for everyone! This is a great opportunity whether you are:
- planning a short-term visit
- need a little more time in Berkeley after the school year ends
- would like to have some time after graduation to explore job opportunities or
- wind down and enjoy the Bay Area
- experience I-House before applying or before moving in
- Much, much more!
For only $110 per night, I-House weekly bookings include a single room with Wi-Fi, shared restroom, and 19 meals weekly (with the exception of pre-planned dining closures). More information on dining can be found here.
*Linens, pillows, toiletries, etc. are not included.

Weekly bookings are non-refundable however if you need to change your dates, we will do our best to accommodate based on availability.
Beginning April 1, 2025, you may reserve a single room for 1-4 weeks during the summer, follow the steps below:
- Register/log in here.
- Navigate to the Shopping Cart
- Enter your check-in date
- Select the applicable weekly booking
- Submit payment
Summer weekly bookings can be accommodated until August 10, 2025 therefore, the latest check-in date is August 3rd.
We require 48 hours to process weekly reservations. If you have a more urgent need, please reach out to our Admissions team to inquire whether we can accommodate an expedited check-in.
